My Apple Ipad has a virus, please help?

I turned on my Ipad only to notice upon powering up that their was porn all over the monitor. When i load the internet browser, everything redirected to some random porn website. Any thoughts on what i should do?

Take it to an Apple store nearby. They will do it and update their software too and check if it has any these kind of bugs.
