lIm having problems with my hp advisor and my hp dock windows 7 or vista?
well the problem is that i bought my hp notebook dm4 3 days ago everything was fin until one day when i turned on my laptop appeared a message from hp advisor alerts and it said ” you have 4 alerts” but the point was that that message was frozen and i couldn’t close it with the mouse i had to use the task manager .
the other problem is when i click the hp advisor located on the dock is supposed to come u with more options but just a few of them work example i cant see complete my pc dashboard or the pc alerts or my pc discovery and those things are making me upset and i want to fix them please help me every little detail counts and maybe you could help me … blessings
Go to the HP service center. They will help you more than anyone could do here and your laptop is just 3 days old
