How do I copy music to my new Acer Aspire One laptop?

I bought a new laptop today. It is the super-small Acer Aspire One. I LOVE it, but the only problem is that I can’t figure out how to put music on it. I want to copy music from my CD’s but it does not have a CD drive and as well, I want to copy the music from my household PC to it.
I’m not very technological, so ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, then, so you must be having a couple of USB ports on the new one. Take a big external hard drive or a cheap USB memory key (aka a thumb drive, pendrive or flash drive) and put all the music on it. Now copy it to the new PC.
