What is the best notebook cooling pad for high end gaming laptops that are run for extended periods of time?

I am looking for a laptop cooling pad that will keep my laptop cool when i am playing high end games and alot of multimedia. whats the best one i can get?

Basically, anything that gets the laptop off the desk so that air can get to the bottom of it will help. The laptop stands with with fans are even better.
