Spilled water on my laptop and touch pad not acting weird. Everyone knows how much it costs to replace it?

Yesterday I spilled some water on my laptop touch pad. I immediately dried, well needless to say a little water discharged into the net. At first I did not notice any problems. Then it stopped working, so I turned off my computer. Today when I turned back, I noticed that parts of my touchpad is responding to my touch, then disabled. Anyone know if it is completely broken and needs replacement or if I can still fix this?

Keep it in a dry warm place for a few days. After that, if it works, great, if you must replace it, or start using a mouse. Or learn the keyboard shortcuts.
