How do you get that cool effect on your laptop camera that splits picture into four quadrants different colors?

There is like this tool thing on most laptop built-in cameras that takes the photo but splits it into 4 quadrants each a miniphoto with different colors…..Rather difficult to explain hope I did and hope you can help because I cannot get my camera to do it…
