buying a laptop on ebay from hong kong?

So I am on ebay and there is this seller that is selling 7 inch netbooks all the way from hongkong. bids start at 50 bucks. problem is that he is selling out of hong kong and wants a phone number when u order so he can make sure u get the package on time. What do u think? Should I go for the bid or forget it? I dont know if i should trust a package comming from outside the us. how do I know I will get the package? He has 98 percent of postive feedback. What do u think?

If you bid just remember there may be customs fees. If he has good feedback and you pay with Pay Pal you should have no problems. I would not give my phone number the eBay mail system should be all he needs. I have seen those same netbooks from American sellers for about $125.
