Transfer music from ipod touch to new laptop with windows 7?

My computer which had all my itunes library on broke. I have just bought a new laptop with windows 7. I am unable to transfer my music library from my ipod touch to the new laptop. I would much rather not download anything. I have also searched for other problems like this but not had much success following the instructions as i’m not used to windows 7. Please can someone help?
