I have a Dell Inspiron 1100 laptop Windows XP with a bad motherboard. How do I transfer my files toNew comuter?
My new computer has Windows 7. The old Dell is completely unresponsive.
You will need to buy a USB hard drive dock for your old laptop hard drive.
Remove the old hard drive, place it in the dock and plug it into your new PC/Laptop and it will be under your My Computer.
