Can i download the latest Dell bluetooth driver that comes free with Dell laptops.?

My friend just purchased Dell laptop recently.He got 64 bit OS with that. Me too have a Dell laptop which was brought before one year with 32 bit OS..He is having the latest driver with so many additional options.Is there any way to get that driver.
