How to correct the display problem in the drivers A30 IBM think pad?

I installed windowsxp IBM A30 laptop. I have no drivers. After installation, the system works well, but the pilot information display is unknown.If you run video clips, the display will be wavy / not known. I tried to use the IBM Web site to address this problem, but no use. Let me know, how to findout MFG display driver or display required. For this issue, change the graphics card will slove the problem, if so how to change. Thank you Venkat
